baby it's cold outside

I had grand plans to post everyday- sadly that did not pan out very well... sorry i have been mia- just the season of busy

but now i am free- at least for a few weeks

 until school starts again in january!

i signed up for a holiday ornament swap over at freshly blended {one of the blogs i stalk} 

and i have just had such a wonderful time making ornaments- i decided to do a rosette with dupioni silk and will be shipping them out to the nine ladies in my group-yay! and by the 15th i will have 9 handmade ornaments from across the country from fabulous crafty women-  can't wait!

oh and it's frickin freezing outside 

so i pulled a floridan today and broke out 

the knee high boots and 

pea coat for the 60 degree weather

{but it is rainy and with the wind chill 

it gets near into the fifties!}
